As a multi-tasking business leader, Soudhamini’s guiding principles are based on simplicity and the willingness to experiment. 

Soudhamini was awarded Best Woman Entrepreneur in the Service Sector by the Association of Lady Entrepreneurs in 2003.

She led Vision 2K+ Inc. to be the first WEConnect certified company in Andhra Pradesh.

Sharing her parents’ belief in the importance of education, after her marriage she went on to complete her LLB, MA and MBA from Osmania University.

This progressive outlook towards women and education is the driving force behind Soudhamini’s numerous achievements. 

During her first business venture in the 1990s, she went on to revolutionize the surface painting industry in Andhra Pradesh.
